Confirmation email recipient

As an owner/manager of your store in Mobi2Go, ensuring that the right people receive the right notifications is key to your success as a business & is also key to ensuring your customers have the best experience possible. 

Confirmation email recipients are the users who have been selected to receive an email every time an order is confirmed with the store. This provides a trail of all of the successful orders generated via Mobi2Go. 

 

Note

You can add as many confirmation email recipients as you would like.

Remember

Confirmation email recipients can only be added at a Store level, not a Head Office level. If you would like to add an email recipient, ensure you access the appropriate store first.

Adding a Confirmation email recipient

  1. In Mobi2Go from the store's Dashboard, click SETTINGS from the grey navigational pane
  2. In Settings locate Receiving Orders
  3. Next to Receiving Orders, click EDIT
  4. In Receiving Orders under Confirmation email recipients, click in the field labelled Recipient #1 Email (the # may vary, if you have existing email addresses listed in there)
  5. In the Email field, enter in a valid email address of the user, who you'd like to receive confirmation emails
  6. To add another user (or multiple users) click ADD NEW RECIPIENT & repeat the steps
  7. Once you have finished adding in all of the email addresses, click SAVE to submit the changes
  8. If you want to disregard all changes, click CANCEL to return to the Settings page.

 

Removing or Updating a Confirmation email recipient

If you need to remove or update a Confirmation email recipient, this can be done from the same location.

  1. In Mobi2Go from the store's Dashboard, click SETTINGS from the grey navigational pane
  2. In Settings locate Receiving Orders
  3. Next to Receiving Orders, click EDIT
  4. In Receiving Orders under Confirmation email recipients, select the email address you'd like to update or remove
  5. Click in the field & backspace/delete the email address until the field is blank to remove
  6. To update, simply change the old email address to the new email address
  7. Once you have finished deleting and/or updating all of the email addresses, click SAVE to submit the changes
  8. If you want to disregard all changes, click CANCEL to return to the Settings page.
