Connection details required for Wizbang

To find your POS connection settings within your Mobi2Go admin screens, you will need to navigate to your > settings menu > Incoming Orders > Edit

Select Wizbang


Please find below what you will need to establish a connection to your Wizbang POS system.

  • IP address
  • Port (must be open)
  • Delivery PLU if you have a delivery set up

What you will need before a connection will work:

  • The Wikos software must be installed on the POS for online ordering
  • Eat-In, Pick-Up and Delivery must be configured on the POS for the respective order types to go through
  • Port must be opened


Email template to your Wizbang contact:


Could you please send the following WizBang connection details for your store so that we can establish a connection with the POS: 

  • (Static) IP Address
  • Port
  • Delivery PLU (If applicable)


Can you also ensure port forwarding has been setup on the router?
Lastly, can you please ensure the POS has been configured for online ordering and all order types (i.e eat-in, pick-up and delivery) have been configured on the POS?

Once the details are received, you will need to add them to your connection details:

Then click the "check connection" button to test.  You should see a connection established window appear if the details are correct and the port is open:
