To find your POS connection settings within your Mobi2Go admin screens, you will need to navigate to your > settings menu > Incoming Orders > Edit
Please find below what you will need to establish a connection to your SwiftPOS system.
- IP address
- Port (must be open)
Database Details
- Username (sa)
- Password (swiftpos)
- Database name (TABLETRACKING)
What you will need before a connection will work:
- Site ID needs to be correct on the POS to enable printing at the site
- If the connection details look correct but you still can't connect, ensure there are no extra spaces
- Credit Card field may need to be filled out (default value is 3)
- Port must be opened
If you need the real time to display on your POS you will need to ensure this is set to 'yes'. Please be aware due to SwiftPOS's set up, orders will be printed only at the expected time.
