How to: Manage your account settings

In order to access the backend of Mobi2Go, you need to be invited / added as a user. More on that here.

 

If you need to update any of your account settings, such as changing a user's username, password, phone number and / or notification settings, you can do so by clicking on the 'My Account' section.

The 'Account Details' section will look similar to the following:

Here you can make your desired changes but remember to click save!

 

Please note:

- By default, all users will receive failed order notifications. Setting 'Receive Notifications' to NO will ensure order failure messages aren't received

- Receive Email Reports will determine whether or not you receive weekly / monthly sales reports
