To find your Store Hours Settings page, navigate to your Settings page. By clicking the Edit button next to the Opening Hours title, you'll be taken to the page where you can edit your store's trading days and open hours.
On this page, you will see your active days of trade and methods of ordering available. Active days will be shown via the ticked checkboxes next to the day of the week.
To change the opening hours for your store, click on the time that you would like to change. Here you can select the appropriate opening and closing times:
At the top you will notice an "accept orders up to closing" option;
No - The last expected time for an order will be when the store closes i.e. if a store is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, the last order can be expected at 5:00PM. If the store has a wait time of 15min set, the order will need to be placed by 4:45PM at the latest.
Yes - The last expected time for an order will be when the store closes PLUS the wait time set i.e. if a store is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and has a wait time of 15min set, customers can order at 5:00PM and expect their order to be ready at 5:15PM.
To disable your store for an up-coming public holiday, un-tick the checkbox next to the day that you would like the store to be disabled for. This should be done during the week before the date you would like to disable, to prevent possible scheduled orders.
