Setting up / updating your billing details

To set up or update a direct debit (Australia and New Zealand only), you can request a direct debit authority form directly from our Support Team (support@mobi2go.com). Email us the completed form and we will update your account.

To add or update credit card details, go to Settings and scroll down to Billing. This will take you to the Billing Overview page. Then, simply click on Update Card and enter your new card details.

You can also view and/or download all your invoices from the Billing Overview page.

Note: Please ensure your billing details are correctly setup and a billing method loaded. Not doing so could result in your Store being suspended.
