Types of Refunds
Refunds for MOBI orders can be broken down into 2 groups:
- MOBI - Payments made through MOBI Payments
- Third party - Any other payments
⚡ If you are using any other Third party payment gateway, you will need to contact the provider to organise the refund, as MOBI doesn't have access or authority to do so.
🚀 If you use MOBI Payments, then good news! You can refund a full order yourself, in the MOBI admin site. And we (MOBI) can process a partial refund for you.
