With Mobi2Go, there are many ways in how a refund can be handled as it's all dependant on your Payment integration. If a customer requires a refund, you may be able to do this through Mobi2Go.
Types of Refunds
Basically, refunds can be broken down into 2 groups:
- Third party - (e.g. everyone else)
- Mobi2Go - (e.g. Mobi2Go Payments)
⚡ If you are using any other Third party payment gateway, you will need to contact the provider to organise the refund, as Mobi2Go doesn't have access or authority to do so.
