Our dedicated Support team at Mobi2Go is customer obsessed. We help our customers to build their brand & we make life easier by keeping it simple for your business & your customers.

Mobi2Go Support are there for you, where you'll get a friendly reply, usually within hours.

  • Monday - Tuesday: 9am to 7pm (NZDT)
  • Wednesday - Friday: 9am to 4am (NZDT)
  • Saturday: 3am to 11am (NZDT)

If we're not online, we will provide you with the best-matched Help Centre articles based on keywords from your request. If that doesn't solve your issue, we will get to your message as soon as possible. 

How can you help?

Point us to your Mobi2Go storefront or include an order numberscreenshot, so we can put your questions & gripes into context & provide a faster response from our investigations. 

Unfortunately we don't provide phone support. Instead, we've been perfecting the art of email since 2016.

Our clients & your customers consistently receive world class service. If there are any issues, we're always open to feedback to ensure we live up to our goal of providing world class service.
