You've set everything up in Lightspeed & Mobi2Go, ready to start taking online orders only to find that online orders that are coming through but not printing. Arrrgh.
Don't fret, we've got you covered. There could be a few reasons as to why it's not printing but the most common that we see is that there's a misconfiguration in Lightspeed that needs to be adjusted.
For orders that are 'Paid Online' to automatically print from the POS, the 'Auto Finalise' option needs to be unchecked in the Payment Types section of Lightspeed.
Resolving the issue
- Login in to the backend of Lightspeed
- Select Payments from the sidebar
- Click Payment Types, then click on the payment type you want to change. In this instance it is Credit Card
- Uncheck the box for Auto Finalise, save the changes & exit.
