1. How to fix the extra printing for order dockets

  • Go to “Control Panel” > “Hardware and Sound” > “Devices and Printers”.
  • Right-click on “w80” printer > “Printer properties”.
  • Select tab “Device settings”.
  • Set option “Print End Doc Blank” to “Off”.
  • Click “Apply” and “Ok”.


2. What to do if the printer roll is stuck or jammed?

There is a small black button inside the kiosk (behind the printer roll). Pressing it once will clear the printer jam.

3. Can we connect keyboard or mouse to the kiosk?

Yes, you should be able connect wired or wireless devices to the kiosk for the troubleshooting.
